Three2six offers access to quality bridging education for refugee children in Johannesburg. The project is geared towards supporting them to integrate into the South African public school system. Liyema Consulting supports Three2Six by providing supplies, and volunteering with the project.
Donate to Ethe Vetshe
Liyema Consulting has supported Ethe Vetshe by providing laptops, funding and access to relevant networks. The non-profit organisation’s primary focus is offering free mathematics and physical science support for Grade 10-12 scholars in rural Eastern Cape, South Africa. “The support from Liyema Consulting is more than just monetary. As a human capital consultancy, they have facilitated employment on behalf of our learners, and have themselves employed a few of our 2019 matriculants.”

Gunners started with a focus on soccer development. The foundation has grown into a life skills development programme for boys and girls – enabling them to reach greater heights beyond the soccer field. These includes maths, science, accounting and computer training, as well as supplying school uniforms, mentorship and school sponsorship. “Liyema Consulting has been and continues to be our key influencer in shaping the impact we create through programmes and initiatives for the youth.”
Support our Initiative
What started off with free CV-writing workshops by Liyema Consulting, grew to a partnership with Safiyyah Boolay-Jappie of New Habits to provide career-readiness coaching. We now offer a free 2 day job readiness workshop for job seekers and sets up job seekers with mentors. Liyema Consulting is seeking funders and partners to scale up these programmes.
